We recognise the importance of freedom, choice and individuality, and we encourage and support our residents to live the life they want to. Whether that’s taking part in the many interesting activities available within our activities programme, joining a gentle exercise class, cultivating flowers and vegetables in the allotment, watching a classic movie in the lounge, taking part in a sing-along with live piano accompaniment, or simply relaxing with a cup of tea and a slice of cake on the terrace.
Every member of our team feels privileged to be working with our wonderful residents; and everyone who lives, works or visits our home always comments on the happy, welcoming, inclusive atmosphere.
Katherine & Griffiths House offers round-the-clock residential care from fully qualified, experienced staff. The individual needs of our residents are regularly monitored and reviewed in order to provide exactly the right level of support, while always maintaining privacy and dignity at all times.
We encourage visits from relatives and friends, with children and well-behaved pets always creating an extra ripple of joy around the home! Whether you want to join your loved one for a cup of tea, a stroll around the beautiful gardens, lunch in the dining room or come along to one of our many special events, you will always be welcome.
